The gentlemen who did our encapsulation and drainage project were super friendly, professional, and worked extremely hard to get everything done in a day and a half. Our crawl space looks amazing and clean, and even the acoustics have changed, which tells me they did a fantastic job sealing it all up. Luis was a great project manager, and I would definitely recommend these guys in a heartbeat! Thank you:)

I called CGS Waterproofing after I noticed a substantial water leak in my basement.
I met Mr. Kitchens at my home. (he arrived early to meet me, to his credit)
He couldn't have been more professional and thourough during my homes inspection.
He walked me through every step of the process with obviously years of hands on experience guiding his observations and we negotiated a fair price for the work that needed being done.
Considering I had 3 other quotes from different companies, this was the best option by far.
Money well spent and peace of mind to go with it 👍
EDIT: wanted to edit this and mention that Christian has been amazing over the course of the last year. 10/10
